Commonwealth Emergency Crisis Response is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to be an elite emergency service agency that employs EMS providers with extensive training and experience with mental health related emergencies. Offering community education and engagement, training for public safety agencies, emergency quick response EMS services, and pre-arranged EMS standby services, Commonwealth Emergency Crisis Response offers a comprehensive range of services.

WHAT WE DO

We are revolutionizing mental healthcare by staffing EMTs that are specially trained and prepared to effectively handle mental health emergencies. As a result, we are creating a hybrid response model that is capable of providing un-paralleled care for our patients' psychological and physiological needs.

EMERGENCY MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS RESPONSE.

Our EMS providers are provided with mental health and crisis intervention training to ensure that we provide effective, trauma-informed and compassionate care to all persons experiencing mental health crises.

ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTHCARE NETWORK.

We are collaborating with and utilizing other non-profit mental health organizations and resources and public safety entities to expedite and simplify access to mental healthcare and services.

PUBLIC SAFETY AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION.

CECR is an accredited EMS continuing education sponsor, and provides both free and low cost training opportunities to public safety agencies and the members of our communities.
